Kevin Feely

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Division

I have worked in IT Recruitment since July 1998, although that likely makes me a dinosaur in the age of millennials it also means I have a candidate and client network that has been growing since I came back to Scotland in 2001.  I work as a Senior Consultant on the permanent team, delivering talent to clients across Scotland.

Loves – Football, my family, being an Uncle four times over, Tanqueray gin, going on holiday anywhere in Spain, and a good night out with healthy debate about utter nonsense.

Hates – People that stop in the middle of the street without looking to see if anyone is behind them, this means I find the Edinburgh Festival a very trying time indeed.

Favourite word – “EH!”.  Ever since I moved to Edinburgh in 2001 this word entered my vocabulary and seems to be at the end of every sentence I utter, so deep down I think it is my subconscious favourite.

Favourite Song – Pick one! Are you mad.  A few to pick from; “Can’t always get what you want” by Rolling Stones, “Stairway to Heaven” by Led Zeppelin, “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone, “Pusherman” by Curtis Mayfield.

Happiest Memory – Holidays as a kid where everything was amazing and exciting, holidays with friends as an adult where everything is expensive and over too soon.
