We didn’t have the wide range of sophisticated communication tools available to us today! The recruitment industry is changing all the time, and technology is providing us with more and more innovative ways of bringing people together.
That’s not to say that technology will replace people – far from it – but the magic happens when the technology is used as a way to take our offline relationships online.
